Buzz Lightyear's Biggest Fan

Mason's favorite character is Buzz Lighyear if you haven't already guessed. And Grandma sent him a Buzz t-shirt (which he is wearing while pretending to play video games) and Aunt Renee sent him this Toy Story towel and Buzz Lightyear pillow figure. All of this to go along with his Toy Story bed, Toy Story sheets and blanket and Toy Story toothbrush!

Father's Day

This was Ben's 3rd Father's Day, can you believe it? We decided to surprise him with something extra special this year, a PS3. He loved it! Then we went out to a nice seafood restaurant with our friends. Below are pics from our day. Notice Mason's new smile face when he says cheese. It's so cute.

Craft project

Thanks to a very crafty blogger that I follow, she gave me an idea to do some dog frames. I think it turned our very nicely for my first project. This did take longer than I expected, (about 2 weeks start to finish -hanging on the wall) but the results are worth it. I should have done bigger frames, but I'll know for next time. Thanks SamsterMommy for the great decorating ideas! I hope I made you proud!

Fun Saturday

In addition to watching the World Cup games, we had a full day! First, we dropped Molli off to get a haircut for the summer. She looks like a lion to say the least.

After we dropped Molli off for her shave, we headed downtown to check out the Farmer's market. We were inspired while we were there to cook up a nice dinner with fresh veggies, Gulf of Mexico shrimp, and fresh hand made garlic and herb pasta. Even Mason liked the pasta to my surprise. He is part Italian so, I shouldn't be too shocked he likes pasta with pesto sauce. Then I made pineapple and coconut frosting cupcakes for Father's day dessert.

WC Soccer

Even Mason is a fan in this Brasil t-shirt! GOALLLLLLLLL!!!!! Later that evening I snapped away while Mason and Daddy were having some playtime outside.

Green Monster

Molli and Mason were talking to each other on their headsets. (see post below) Molli doesn't mind playing space ranger with Mason. :) He is not playing video games this early.
