Welcome Home Present
Daddy left a special surprise waiting for Mason when we arrived at the new house. It was a Radio Flyer wagon, the luxury model equipped with a canopy and cupholders along with dual seating for a friend! He loved it and hopped right in. We took it for a stroll when Daddy arrived in town on Friday. That evening we met our friends for dinner at a wing place which was fabulous! Mason wanted a sip of Daddy's drink so we gave it to him. It was iced tea and of course he loved it. Go figure! Also, now when we sneeze he says "bless you" :)

Home Sweet Home......Arrived in TX!
Well, the day has finally arrived and Mason and I flew to TX early this morning. I took some pics of him on the plane, but it was with my disposable camera. I didn't want to take my other camera with me. I had too many bags with me as it was. I was pleasantly surprised, Mason did great on the plane. We stopped at a toy shop at Midway airport in Chicago and that took up some time during our layover. The new toys kept him busy fo the second leg of the flight. This time when we were landing his ears hurt a little bit, but he was a trooper! No major meltdowns and I didn't even have to pull out my laptop to play a movie.

Here is our new home!

Last Tuesday (3/9) night I woke up because I heard Mason talking in his crib and it lasted longer than normal. I went in to check on him and found him standing up talking. I thought he was wide awake but when I got closer to him I realized he must have been dreaming. I laid him down quietly and he went back to bed without a peep. It was very scary seeing him like that. I didn't want to wake him. He was talking about his daycare friend Julianna who he just loves. The next night I heard him talking again in his sleep, but only for a few seconds.
Do you like how he can answer his buzz lightyear phone with paci in hand???

Playtime outside ...finally

Right now Mason is into Dinosaurs and trains. He says stop (too well and in the right context), okie dokie (which sounds like okie okie), and a lot of other words, phrases, and sentences. He's eating rice again and his calcium chews! He loves peanut butter crackers and goldfish!
