Mason's 1st Soccer Game

GO FIRE RACERS! That's what we cheered and it paid off! We won 14+ to ZERO. I stopped counting after the 13th goal. Mason and his team did a great job today and he had 2 assists. Here are some pics to highlight the game. We'll go to Red Robin tonight for dinner to celebrate the win and Mommy and Daddy's Anniversary! AND, Harper turned 7 months old. Great day!

Teeth! and other fun stuff

Well over the past week Harper has finally sprung one of her bottom teeth above the gum line. Here is a series of events that occurred over the past week in our house:

9/13 She said "Dada" and is really holding her own bottle very well

9/14 I felt her two bottom teeth just about ready to break through.

9/15 This was a bad few days as everyone in the house got a horrible stomach bug, then Harper got Roseola which cleared up last weekend. Mason has his 2nd dentist appt and he did great! No cavities!

9/17 I felt the top two teeth getting ready to surface as well. We can't leave Harper alone now she is moving and grooving all over the house; going from room to room now.

9/20 Harper's one bottom tooth has broken through. I can see it now! Finally, a short relief for her. I bought her a toothbrush and she started using it right away! Over the weekend I taught her to clap and today she started doing it all by herself! She also likes to shake her head "no" a lot. Wonder where she got that from. :) And my favorite little guy can spell his name!

Spider-Bear & Spider-Mason

Daddy had to work all day today so we decided to take a trip to the mall. I had to get a few things anyway. When we passed by the Build-A-Bear store, Mason saw the ultimate teddy bear. It was a bear dressed in a Spider man costume. So, we went into the store and Mason had his first Build-A-Bear experience! It was great. And this is the finished product. Meet Spider-bear. As soon as we got home, Mason had to try on his Halloween costume too.
Here is the bear Mason picked out. Now over to the stuffing machine.
Mason helping stuff his new bear. He chose to have a "squishy" bear. He even got to pick out a heart and put it inside the bear before he got sewn up.
Here he is all dressed in costume!
Bought and paid for. Let's go home!
He had to take him out of the house so he could ride with him all the way home.

Standing up tall

Our little one is crawling now from room to room. She is so proud of herself. Also, I believe I felt her two upper teeth coming in.

Here is Mason's drawing of Mickey he calls "Sun-Mickey." I'm sure you can see why. :)

Football Day

We took our normal Sunday trip to Costco today. She's such a big girl now sitting up in the cart!

Mason checking out the NBA news on Daddy's laptop and Harper doing what she does best.......standing up! It's still blazing hot here this weekend, but still gotta put in some ball time.
