Mason ~ 4 year check up

My handsome little guy went to the Dr. for his 4 yr checkup on Friday. He had to get three shots as well as a vision and hearing test. But, he held up well. He got 3 angry birds stickers for this trouble. The weather was perfect this weekend so we went to the neighboring lake to watch the ducks. And, of course I had to get in some pics. What can I say?..........the camera loves him. :)

He is still a very picky eater, but he'll develop a taste for more things when he gets older. His cough is much better since being on the inhaler. After Cedar season ends, we can take him off the medicine. He's still very active in sports. Now, he likes Power Rangers in addition to all the other superheroes. Mason is doing very well in school learning more numbers and words that start with "A-Z", even Spanish! He tried a Kung Fu class and like that too.

Happy 4th Birthday Mason!

After Mason's big party yesterday, we hung out at home on his birthday and had some family time. We went to his favorite restaurant for dinner, Red Robin! Then came home and had some more birthday cake and opened up more presents. :)

Mason's Spider-man Birthday Party

Today was a great day to celebrate! Mason had a soccer game this morning and scored 3 goals! He is really getting into it and is better each session. This year Mason and his friends partied at The Big Bounce and had a blast along with his favorite super hero, Spider-man! The kids chowed down on yummy pizza and bread sticks before indulging in a sweet Spidey cake :) After the party we came home and Mason opened gifts from his friends. He loved everything! Meanwhile, Harper enjoyed watching and playing with the leftover tissue paper. Mason is already discussing next year's theme. They grow up too fast.
