Week 4

The Dr. suggested putting Harper on Zantac to help with the reflux. She's getting more irritable and we are all really tired. We stopped putting clothes on her because they would get soaked every time she threw up which is after about every bottle. Poor baby...something is definitely wrong here. I'm going to get to the bottom of it. She has already rolled on her side!

We had a welcomed visit from Aunt Mauren and Isaac. Masom had a great time playing with his cousin. They were a big help this week too. We miss them already.

Buzz and his trusty sidekick

Week 3

My little girl is still as tiny as can be. She is vomiting a lot more and we thought it is reflux. She still likes to be in a frog like position and she clinches her fists in a ball all the time. She isn't eating very much either. We'll see what the Dr. has to say. Happy St. Patty's Day!

Visit from Grandma - Week 1 and Week 2

We are home from the hospital and just in time we are getting a visit from Grandma! We miss Aunt Renee, but she'll visit us in the future. She is staying with us for 2 weeks. It was a great help considering we had so many Dr. appts, and just getting used to having two children. We enjoyed the weather, good food, and had plenty of quality time with the kids. Harper started vomiting a lot more and I am concerned. We'll discuss it with the Dr. at her next appt. Harper had her first bath on 3/12 and let's just say she didn't like it that much. She'll get used to it. Since the weather was so nice we decided to take Mason and Harper to the park in our neighborhood. Grandma left to go back home and we sure do miss her. We had a great time and can't wait for the next visit.

Her first well check with the pediatrician was on 2/28 and here are her stats:

19 1/4 inches
6 lbs. 1 oz. (her weight dropped 9 oz)

For week 2 I decided to have a mini photo shoot with Harper. We had another Dr. visit on 3/11 to check her weight because she had dropped a lot. Her stats this week:

HC: 34 cm
6 lbs. 12 oz.
20 1/2 inches
