Mason's 3rd Grade Quest Presentation

Mason presented his independent study this morning in Quest. The  this year 's theme was the Olympics and he chose Track and Field with Usain Bolt and running as his narrowed scope. He did research about Track and Field events informing us of world records and fun facts about the sport.

 

   

 

 

Molli's 11th Birthday!

Molli started off her day quite normal...........breakfast, potty, morning nap, then some bird watching. In the afternoon she got some treats and a new toy before having an extra special dinner.

 

 

 

 

Harper lost her 2nd tooth!

She's on a roll! Lost her 2nd tooth on the bottom right on Inauguration Day! She just had a dentist appt. and they said she's got 6 more teeth trying to come in. Looks like it will be an exciting year!

Happy 9th Birthday Mason!

Mason turns 9 yrs old today! We kicked off the weekend with dinner at Longhorn on Friday night then Menchie's for dessert with friends.

Saturday morning we had the first basketball game of the season and then an afternoon of soccer. Time for the birthday party and sleepover with all Mason's friends! They had a blast playing games, swimming, watching football, opened gifts, ate pizza and cookie cake, and watched a movie. Even the cops showed up! A neighbor called and heard the boys being boys and sent them over. Silly! I told them it was a 9 yr old birthday party and she chuckled then went on her merry way. At least he'll have a great story to tell when he is older. "Man, my party was so epic the cops came"

 

 

 

Later this evening, watching the game is intense. Maybe next year Dallas!
