Mason's 5 yr well check

My boy is 5 years old already! We had a visit with the Pediatrician this morning for a well check. He is growing and doing great!

Stats:

Height: 41 3/4 inches (25-50%)
Weight: 39 lbs (50%)
BMI: 15.75 (50-75%)
